Bollywood is all praises for Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’

‘Super 30’ is a Bollywood film released on July 12. In this film, Hrithik Roshan is seen playing the role of a mathematician named Anand Kumar. He is credited for mentoring 400 poor and unprivileged children to get admission in  IIT’s(Most prestigious institutes of the county) by providing them with free food and accommodation. The film showcases the struggles of lead Character ‘Anand Kumar’ waging war in many fronts with his minimal financial means against education mafia. Hrithik Roshan is seen as Bihari with dark bronze skin and thick accent. This movie is directed by Vikas Bahl and is co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Phanthon productions.

This movie is based on true events in the life of Anand Kumar, a mathematician in Patna hailing from a backward caste. He started’Super 30′ an Indian educational Program under the banner of Ramanujan School of Mathematics in the year 2002. Thirty students were selected every year from poor and unprivileged classes and were trained for a year to clear various IIT entrance exams. They were also provided with free food and lodging. Anand’s mother volunteered to cook food every day for the students. Anand Kumar and Abyanand(IPS officer) tutored students. From 2002 to 2008, the number of students qualified exam soared from 18 to 28 out of 30. From the year 2008 former students of ‘Super 30’ has shouldered the responsibility of tutoring and showed incredible results. In the year 2017, all 30 students of ‘Super 30’ has made it to IIT-JEE. Time Magazine has listed ‘Super 30’ in 2010 as ‘The Best of Asia’.

Many actors showered Hrithik with praises and appreciation for justifying the challenging role that he chooses. The actor is seen playing fantasy roles in movies like ‘Bang-Bang’ & ‘Krish’ previously and everyone was Awestruck for his performance in a crude-native role like Anand Kumar with local elements. It is said in a recent interview by Anand Kumar that he suffers from a Brain tumor and wishes to see his biopic in his lifetime.
